I’m a multi-business owner, franchise founder, UGC creator, and lifelong wellness entrepreneur who believes you can be smart, successful, creative, and still show up as a real human online. I don’t fit neatly into one box and that’s exactly my strength.
Professionally, I am the Founder and Franchisor of B12 RX & MORE®, a wellness brand built on functional medicine principles, real results, and education over hype. I currently own and operate multiple locations and am actively franchising, which means I understand branding, customer psychology, and what actually converts, not in theory, but in real life. I’ve spent years building trust with customers face-to-face, and that experience directly shapes how I create content today.
Academically, I hold three doctoral-level degrees in functional and holistic medicine. I understand ingredients, formulations, wellness claims, and the responsibility that comes with speaking to health-conscious consumers. I know how to communicate complex ideas in a way that feels approachable, grounded, and honest — without overpromising or sounding clinical. That balance is rare, and it’s something brands consistently value in my content.
Creatively, I’m a UGC creator who specializes in raw, ad-ready content that feels natural, conversational, and human. I don’t create “ads.” I create moments, routines, stories, and visuals that blend seamlessly into social feeds. I’m comfortable being playful, funny, bold, calm, or direct depending on the brand and I’m not afraid of personality. The best content doesn’t feel scripted, and I pride myself on delivery that feels effortless and real.
Personally, I’m a wife, a mom, and a dog owner who understands real life isn’t curated 24/7. I love a good red wine (and refuse to drink it from cheap glasses), value quality over quantity, and appreciate brands that are intentional about what they put into the world. I enjoy travel, spa days, wellness routines, productivity tools, cozy mornings, and high-functioning chaos — the kind most real households relate to.
I approach UGC the same way I approach business: connection first, trust always. I believe people buy from brands they feel aligned with, not brands that shout the loudest. Whether I’m creating content for wellness, beauty, lifestyle, home, pets, productivity, or tech, my goal is the same — to make the viewer feel like they’re hearing from someone they trust.
I’m comfortable working at volume, collaborating with agencies, following creative direction, and delivering consistently without drama. I understand the backend of brands, the needs of editors, and the importance of being easy to work with.
